We are a provincially inspected commercial kitchen in Winlaw, BC that serves as a home base for local food businesses and as a venue used by community members/groups to host educational workshops, food events and pop up restaurants.

An online store that features high quality products made by food businesses who rent our commercial kitchen. Customers can place orders between Monday and Friday. Pick-up time is between 9am and 3pm the following Sunday. Our espresso bar and takeout counter is also open Sundays 9-3.

- OUR MISSION -
The Valley Kitchen is a family business owned and operated by Rob Hay and Sally Titasey. With a collective 20 years of experience in the food industry, they have worked in restaurant service and management, run a festival food truck operation, catered all styles of events and have gained experience renovating, building and managing shared commercial kitchens. They recognized a need for affordable commercial kitchen space and are excited to be able to offer up such a thing to food businesses, community groups and locals.
Rob and Sally have lived on Sinixt Territory (Slocan Valley, BC) with their two children, Ella and Ilan, since 2011. They are passionate about growing, processing, cooking and eating good food.
