The Valley Kitchen opened to the public in May 2017 and, since then, we have been deeply humbled by the support we've received from this community to manifest these goals. The rental kitchen is alive with entrepreneurs and food enthusiasts and our Sunday café is a weekly opportunity for community to  gather and enjoy the food made in-house.

 

 We have over 25 years of experience in the food industry. We've built, renovated and managed shared commercial kitchens, worked in restaurant service and management, run a festival food truck operation and catered all styles of events. We are excited to share this knowledge with other small businesses faced with the challenges of designing, renovating and building commercial kitchens.
